My German dining experience at the Lehigh Valley Mall

Last weekend I hit the Lehigh Valley Mall with my mom and fiance in an attempt to get the rest of my Christmas shopping done. The mall was packed and I was all shopped out by lunchtime.
We decided to treat ourselves to lunch at Dunderbak’s inside the mall. This wasn’t our ordinary visit to Dunderbak’s though. Normally we just grab a hot dog and eat at the tables in the mall, but this time we actually went into the sit-down section.
They had all kinds of German food on the menu that I couldn’t pronounce like Augustinerbrau Maximator Bockand Weihenstephaner Dunkel Weisse. However, I live by the motto, “If you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it,” so even though they sounded interesting, I passed. They also had a variety of wursts on the menu, like liverwurst and bratwurst, but those were a little too daring for me too.
I finally decided on the grilled turkey reuben with weinkraut, Swiss cheese and 1,000 Island dressing on rye. It was DELICIOUS!
Since my fiance carried most of our bags, he ordered a well-deserved mug of German Christmas ale, which came out in a glass with the name of the beer on it! They had a huge selection of international beers to choose from so now my fiance said he looks forward to coming back to the Lehigh Valley Mall again soon.
By the end of lunch, my hunger was satisfied and I was ready to get back out there and shop some more.
Do you know of any other international restaurants I should try out in Lehigh Valley?
