Lehigh Valley has some of the finest colleges and universities in the country and I happen to be an alumna of one and currently attending another.

Lehigh Carbon Community College was the perfect starting ground for me. I wasn’t sure I even wanted to go to college, but I decided to give LCCC a try to see if I liked it. Well, it was the best decision I ever made. I received a quality education that prepared me to join the workforce and made lifelong friends. I enjoyed my experience so much that I joined the LCCC Alumni Association and currently serve on the Board of Directors.

Later in life, I decided to go back to school for my bachelor’s degree. Working full-time, having a family and a life, I needed a program that was fast and offered flexibility. I found everything I needed in DeSales University’s ACCESS Program. They accepted all my credits from LCCC (15 years later) and offer classes once a week, weekends and online. With new sessions starting every eight weeks, I will be finished in no time. More important, I’ve realized that whether it’s personal interest or to improve my career, it is never too late to learn.
