What’s Happening: July 15 – 17

  • Bastille Day Weekend Celebration: (Thursday, July 14 through Sunday, July 17) Head to Maxim’s 22 in Easton for a unique experience – but be sure to bring along your appetite! Enjoy specials including all-you-can-eat oysters, plus a variety of French-inspired food and drink creations. Live music will be featured on Saturday from noon – 3 p.m. and 7 – 10 p.m. Learn more.
  • Christmas City Summer Jazz Festival: (Saturday, July 16) Join the Pennsylvania Jazz Collective for a day filled with free fun! Live performances will be taking place on two stages all day long featuring some brilliant jazz musicians. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site. This event will be held at the Bethlehem Municipal Ice Rink. Learn more.
  • ASO Pops Series Presents: Disney in Concert “Magical Music from the Movies”: (Saturday, July 16) Treat the family to a fun night with the Allentown Symphony Orchestra. The evening will include performances from the scores of “Frozen,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Little Mermaid,” “Mary Poppins,” “Aladdin,” “The Lion King,” and more. Learn more.
  • The Blueberry Festival is held at Burnside Plantation each July.

    Blueberry Festival: (Saturday, July 16 & Sunday, July 17) Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites is back with another edition of the sweetest festival of the summer. Head to Burnside Plantation for two days filled with  live entertainment, children’s activities, bake offs, and of course – plenty of blueberries! Tickets are available online or at the gate.   • Free Summer Sunday at the Moravian Historical Society: (Sundays through August 28) Head to Nazareth for an afternoon filled with free fun! Enjoy free admission to the museum as well as colonial games, crafts, and more. New activities are featured each week. Learn more.
