It is official! World Cup FEVER has gripped Lehigh Valley, PA and the only cure for this is more SoccerFest! That’s what the crowds were saying and they were satiated by big news.

Good times were had just over a week ago at the Musikfest Café presented by Yuengling  in Bethlehem. Before Al Stewart and Firefall even took the stage, our party of three was treated to some amazing food including the parmesan garlic fries suggested by our very knowledgeable server Rich, who also recommended Woo Woo’s off the drink specials. A show with some adult beverages surely couldn’t disappoint, and neither the food nor the drinks or the show would.

The Killers Headline 2nd Anniversary Show at Sands Bethlehem Event Center

The Killers perform a sold-out show.

The Killers were as excited to get on stage as the fans were to see them. They didn’t even wait for the overhead lights to dim from the opening act.

On Thursday, May 15, the Sands Bethlehem Event Center celebrated its second anniversary with one of their biggest acts to date. Announced in late February, The Killers would be the centerpiece of a month-long strand of shows.

Leaf Restaurant & Cigar Bar in Easton Combines Gourmet Food with World Class Cigars

Leaf isn't all about cigars

I’ve been trying for some time to persuade Don, my cigar smoking husband, to go to Leaf Restaurant & Cigar Bar in Easton. His Cigar Bar of choice has always been The Wooden Match in Bethlehem, which is great, but man does not live by one watering hole alone.

Some reasons he has given include, but are not limited to: “It is too far away.” Um, no…per Google Maps, The Wooden Match is 14.6 miles from our house. Leaf a mere 13.2.
